Do you have a trade program for design professionals?
We do not have a trade program at this time.

Where can I order samples of your wallpaper or fabric?
You can purchase samples for all of our available wallpapers and fabrics here.

Where can I order your wallpaper or fabric?
You can purchase our wallpaper via our online store here.
Please note there is a minimum order required of at least four rolls of wallpaper.

Our fabric can be purchased here Please note, there is a minimum order requirement of at least four yards for our stocked fabrics, and any low stock/discontinued fabrics labeled as ‘limited’ will have the minimum quantity auto-filled in the counter.

Where is my order confirmation?
Our online shop uses Paypal to process all credit card payments. Immediately after you place your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation from service@paypal.com. We do not send separate email or shipping confirmations, but you can always contact us to request your tracking information if you have purchased full wallpaper rolls, fabric yardage or decals. We do not provide tracking for samples, as they are shipped via regular USPS First Class mail.

How much does your wallpaper/fabric cost? What are the measurements for this wallpaper/fabric?
All of our wallpaper and fabric prices and specs can be found listed on their product page in our online store here.

I would like to purchase some wallpaper or fabric for a project, but am not sure how much to purchase.
We do not provide wallpaper or fabric estimates at this time. Instead, we recommend you refer to the specs detailed on the product page, and then consult a professional to provide you with accurate measurements and the required wallpaper or fabric yardage for your project.

I would like to make a custom wallpaper order, how can I do that?
We offer several of our hand screened wallpapers in custom colors, including our Harlem Toile de Jouy, Classic Stripe and Torino Damask. To make a custom order please contact us here with your reference paint color(s) from Benjamin Moore, the number of rolls needed (minimum order of 8) and your shipping information.

Once details are confirmed via email, please then add one strike off to your cart, in addition to the rolls of wallpaper you would like customized with either a note at check-out or message to us that lists your order number.

Is __ item still available?
The Harlem Toile babouches and umbrellas are unfortunately no longer in stock.

If you are looking for an item from one of our collaborations, all of our partners’ websites are listed here. Please note, our collaborations are usually limited edition so if there is no link listed, they are likely no longer available. However, if you are unsure, feel free to send us message here.

I know your wallpaper and fabric require a minimum amount to purchase, can I fulfill this minimum with multiple colors/versions of the same item? For example, order 1 yard of Harlem Toile – Cherry and 2 yards of Harlem Toile – Black on White in order to reach the 3 yard minimum for fabric.
Because each order is printed specifically for each customer, we require a four roll minimum for all wallpaper orders and 3 yard minimum for all fabric orders. This means that for each item ordered, the minimum purchase is four rolls/3 yards of the same wallpaper/fabric. Single rolls or yards of different colors/designs cannot be ordered, and do not count towards the minimums.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Every wallpaper and fabric order is custom printed for each customer, so we cannot offer returns or exchanges.
Shipping

When will my sample order be delivered?
We do not provide tracking for samples, as they are shipped via regular USPS First Class mail. However, you can typically expect them to arrive with your regular mail in approximately 1-2 weeks.

When will my wallpaper/fabric order be delivered?
For full wallpaper or fabric orders, the typical lead time is approximately 4-6 weeks. However, if you need it sooner, your order can be expedited and the lead time reduced to 2-3 weeks. Just add a rush fee to your cart when placing your wallpaper order, (available here.) Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will be sent a shipping notification with tracking information.
